Crestmoor Park Home Owners, Inc., was incorporated on July 3, 1936, and held its first organizational meeting on December 10, 1940. Ever since, Crestmoor Park "First Filing" has been a sought-after neighborhood to live in, and the historic homes have been well maintained by everyone who has called it "home" through the years.
